16′ x 16′ Three season porch, with full cedar interior & a gas fire place w/ stone face, fire place is to warm the room year round, The TJB four track window system is a must design; allowing or creating a screen porch, however having the ability to close & open the windows on those cool spring & fall evenings, eliminate those pesky mosquito’s, keep that nice furniture year round in the room, Lastly, move the windows up or down for wind & rain control.

Scope:
Build a room that allows client to enjoy there backyard retreat year round, not just another room to there house but and outdoor oasis.
