Bosting an amazing 2,560 sq. ft. You name it, this lower level has it! Which includes; Theatre room, 2- bedrooms, 2- baths, dinette area, wet bar, Buffet, Family room, Laundry room, Wine Cellar & even a Dog shower. Oh and Yes, cannot forget a Lake Room.

The multiple different finishes, styles & designs of the cabinetry compliments one another from Knotty Alder- shaker, to Distressed, glazed- raised panels, Enameled cabinets, 8’ Alder doors & even Walnut.
