Challenges: How to take an original 1965 rambler that’s tired beyond its day!
Scope of Project: Add a Second story addition, a front porch, all new roofing & siding, Andersen 400 series Black windows, Re-new the existing screen porch & deck.
Details: We added 936 sq. ft. Raised the main floor ceilings to 9′ 1-1/8″ Completely new Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanicals. Use of Poplar, Pine, Oak, Stone, Subway tile, Granite & Enameled woodwork, cabinets & components sets the stage on the 90% new home remodel. TJB Remodeling demo’d down to the studs to save the existing main floor deck & built new from there.
